The holidays are over and a lot of us made promises to ourselves to be better versions of us in the coming year. I want to help make it a little easier to show yourself some love and further your journey to be the best you that you can be, with some special pricing.

Empowered Healing Sessions can help! I can help you dive into your subconscious to find where these behaviors and patterns began. I do this by getting you into a deeper state of relaxation and then we'll look at memories of where these things began, many times of things that we aren't even aware we still have stored in our memory bank. We will discuss what happened and work on changing the beliefs that we formed because of these memories. My favorite part of these sessions is that the client in in complete control of what get changed and everyone gets exactly what they need, there's no one size fits all approach. Most clients feel a difference in their lives after one session. These sessions can be done in person or remotely.

A Reiki session would be perfect for this! For these sessions you'll be lying down, and I'll use crystals in various places to help direct energy. I'll begin with sending you on a very relaxing meditation and then work on your chakras and send healing Reiki energy throughout your body. The best part of these sessions is that there is nothing for you to do but lie back, relax, and take in the healing. Most clients leave feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. These sessions are only done in person.

A From Dream to Reality session would be a perfect fit! These sessions are designed to help remove subconscious blocks to having what we desire in our lives. We begin by discussing what you would like to have in your life. Then I get you into a relaxed state and we look into what subconscious feelings are blocking you from having this in your current life and work on changing them. Lastly, I'll guide you through a powerful meditation to bring your dream into reality in your life. These sessions are so empowering and show you that you can create your life to be whatever you want it to be. Your appointment can be done in person or remotely.
